Nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is quite nice. Looks and feels like it has been updated recently. Pool and hot tub areas are very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need. Location is great, just north of the research pier. The beach access is close by, walkable. Wish there was parking available near the beach access, but there is not.There are a lot of bugs in the area, so the outside of the house had a lot of spider webs and flying critters around. We saw some ants inside the house too. Not unexpected for the location and time of year.
