Terrible host and he lives under you. If you make a peep he kicks you out and takes your money. Unless you’re 80 years old and go to bed at 6:00. Don’t go here

Jonathan, Yes, future guests should read and follow the house rules before booking. The issue was not that you paid for the reservation. The issue was repeated violations of the house rules, including excessive noise, screaming, running around the property throughout the night, and repeatedly going in and out to smoke cannabis until the early morning hours. Paying for a reservation does not mean a guest owns the property or can ignore the rules they agreed to before arrival. House rules exist to protect the property, respect neighbors, and ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. As hosts, we expect guests to respect the property and comply with the rules they agreed to when booking. If the house rules are not acceptable, it is best not to book the property in the first place.
