Completely remodeled on the inside and comfortable, easy entry, good communication. Lots of eateries and shopping within blocks. You can’t always judge by the surrounding outsides so ignore the neighborhood graffiti artists. Parking is a challenge as signage is French and not well placed. Look into websites for parking help. Good value, good location.

This apartment is in an ideal location with shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The host is very proactive . Just remember if you are parking a car to check the signage. Everything is as detailed. Would highly recommend .

Logement très agréable, spacieux et propre.Cependant, le lit de la première chambre n'était pas confortable (matelas trop mou, alèze plastique qui fait transpirer et qui fait du bruit, oreillers trop mous, lattes à remettre sous le matelas...)aucune fenêtre ne s'ouvre sauf la porte d'entrée et celle de la terrasse.1 seul torchon vaisselle à disposition.

L’appartement est bien situé, très propre, près du stade olympique, des transports en commun, stationnement gratuit possible à courte distance de marche. C’est un quartier en évolution où l’on peut retrouver de bons restos à des prix raisonnables.Notre hôte, Simon, nous a, d’ailleurs, suggéré d’excellentes adresses et a été très gentil et accommodant pour répondre à nos questions.Je suggère cet endroit sans problème !Mario

Excellente communication avec l’hôte avec une rapidité remarquée vu la dernière minute de la réservation. L’appartement est conforme aux informations et photos et bien situé sur le coin de la rue Ontario avec plusieurs services et restaurants à proximité. La station de métro Joliette est à quelques coins de rue. Assez facile de trouver du stationnement tout près ou les rue avoisinantes. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.
