Welcome to Pedaler's Rest, your ultimate holiday escape in the heart of Margaret River. Nestled on the edge of town, this charming holiday house offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility for your getaway. This large freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a large open plan living area that opens out onto the spacious deck, there is room to move! Pedaler's Rest is ideal for accommodating one large family, two families traveling together or a group of avid cyclists seeking adventure.
The Space
As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home in the spacious and well-appointed interior. Brand new furniture adorns the living spaces, creating an ambiance of modern comfort and style. There are four bedrooms, Bedroom one has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom complete with vanity, toilet and walk in shower. Bedroom two has a king size bed, Bedroom three and four each have two king singles beds, they share the main bathroom with shower and vanity.
The heart of the house is the large living area, complete with reverse cycle air conditioning and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Gather around the dining table for eight guests to enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped, brand new modern kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven/stove and microwave.
Step outside onto the expansive outdoor deck and soak in the serene views of the towering trees lining the banks of the Margaret River. Whether you're enjoying an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining table or lounging in the comfortable chairs, the outdoor space provides a peaceful retreat to unwind and connect with nature.
For cycling enthusiasts, Pedaler's Rest is a dream come true. With direct access to trails right from the back gate, you can easily embark on exciting biking adventures through the picturesque landscapes of Margaret River. Plus, the lockable bike shed ensures that your gear is safe and secure throughout your stay.
Convenience meets functionality with a full laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer, allowing you to pack light and stay fresh throughout your holiday. The 2nd toilet is separate, in the laundry room.
