This guest came over and said it was just her and her partner. But came over and smoked weed in the whole house when it was in the rules not to and I ended up being sent to ER for respiratory discomfort as I don’t know what else they smoked. It was in the couch, the bed , the chairs , carpet everything. And it won’t go away. To have it professionally cleaned the charge was over 5,000. All the beds were used when the limit was 2 people . We reported it and had witnesses and Eufy security showed multiple entries. They also damaged things. Cigar burn on dinning table and tore the dining table mat. And also they are thiefs! We offered them four drinks, they drank all the 15 in the fridge and opened all the 20 new cutlery set: so they had a party in the house and smoked and did drugs! They lie and they are horrible guests! Rent to them at your own risk

It’s a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house which is fully furnished. It has TV in the rooms. The interior decoration was done with great detail to leave a good lasting experience. There are high ceilings, free laundry, and parking. It is a smart home and also has a homey appeal to it. It has a beautiful deck that can be accessed throughout stay. I strongly believe it’s worth the experience!!
