The holiday home is close to local attractions like the Mildura Arts Centre, Woodsies Gem Shop, Lock Island, and Perry Sandhills, while providing easy access to the Murray River for water sports and 4WD trails.
Enjoy outdoor seating under large trees as you explore nearby markets, hiking trails, and nature reserves at Mallee Cliffs National Park.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and fenced yard to roam with veggie garden, chicken coop, and bikes. Kids can enjoy the trampoline, swings, and monkey bars. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

For adventure, head to the rolling Perry Sandhills, then cap off your day with a visit to Woodsies Gem Shop—a family-friendly attraction with jewelry displays, Aladdin’s Cave, and the quirky Gordon Crazy Maze.
Getting Around:
By Car:
- Approximately a 6-hour drive (544 km) from Melbourne, surrounded by several rural towns along the way.
By Public Transport:
- Due to the rural setting, a car is recommended for convenience.
- While there are buses available, schedules may vary, and it’s best to confirm details in advance.
- Taxis are also an option in the area.
By Flight:
- You can fly to the nearest major airport and then drive to the property.
- Car rental services are available at the airport for easy access to the rural location.

- Please bring your own drinking water
- Smoking is not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Pets should be kept on lead (or leash) at all times
- Pets are allowed. The full pet policies will be sent before arrival.
- We have a Golden Retriever who stays indoors with us most of the time
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- We use tank water on the property, so we appreciate your efforts to conserve water during your stay.
- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra, Spark, and Optus; Weak signals for Vodafone and 2degrees

- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilet a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
