The unit that we originally planned to stay in, was extremely loud due to construction in our tower. The host quickly moved us to another tower where there was no construction. Saltwater Grande is an excellent host company and I will be using them again. Crescent Shores is also a very nice property.

The place was spacious and the views were gorgeous! We enjoyed the vote and eating on the balcony. The supply of dishes and cooking utensils was good (could have used salt and pepper though!). Overall wonderful!

The view was Great. I have some handicap problems with walking. I didn't like that we had to park across the street and walk to the resort. They had the North side blocked where we couldn't stay on our side . When we got there it was an hour and a half trying to get in our room. I would rather have a real person to check us in . That way we run into issues like we did.

Our family has been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. We have stayed at many condos.This condo was clean, spacious, and had ample space on the balcony with nice furniture. We appreciated the great leather seating, as well as, a well stocked kitchen. We always look for a clean, non-dated, condo without carpet. This condo hit the mark and exceeded expectations. The saltwater staff were responsive and courteous. Check-in was a breeze with keyless entry. It would be great if all condos had keyless entry. No worrying about losing a key or who has it. The only complaint is the bathroom sinks drained slowly and the gfi in the bathrooms tripped a couple of times for no apparent reason; we didn't have anything plugged in. Otherwise, we have an amazing stay at this condo. We highly recommend this condo and Saltwater Grande.

Facilities are very nice… check-in went smoothly check out was easy. Property seems poorly staffed with what seems contractors ( who were very uncaring with questions or simple informational help. We had a 3 bedroom condo but were only allowed two parking places for 3 families coming from different locations. The elevator system on most days does work well except on move in and out days… we waited 20 minutes once before taking to the steps. Not sure what would happen if there was a true emergency? When the weather is rough the beaches close as well as the pools. The gates through the premises are locked and you must take a longer way around the building and public walkways to the elevators. The group makes a big stand about smoking on the premises but it was bad… especially marijuana… we often would have to leave the balcony due to the odor.
