Alpine Base Camp - the best!
Every great adventure needs a great place to stay, and the “Alpine Base Camp” was without a doubt the best complement to our WY trip, and from day 1, Jeff - our host - made sure we felt at home and had everything we needed to make the most out of this vacation. The house had it all, and then some more. Nothing like finishing the day with a nice glass of wine sitting by the fireplace with well stocked firewood, watching a movie in any of their living rooms (yes, it has 2 great places to chill), or enjoying the view of the mountain while having breakfast. Also, watch out for the regular visit of some deer on the driveway! We stayed over a period of heavy snow, and our host made sure nothing could stop us from hitting the slopes at JH or riding a snowmobile in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, helping clear the white stuff as needed! Of course, make sure you do your part too ;)!We drove all the way from McKinney, TX and let me tell you, it was worth every mile! The “Alpine Base Camp” has definitely become our go-to whenever we want to hit the Tetons again!
