We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the views to the pool , lake and much more we were able to relax, its a lovely quiet neighborhood and would certainly come back for the host’s hospitality , they were responsive and accommodating. clean and cozy but also open.

I would definitely return. Barbara is a wonderful host who's not overbearing. The house rules are the same as you would have at home, and she is very responsive to questions and requests.The Waterfront House is clean, well stocked, and has beautifully scenic views. With access to the amenities, there will never be a dull moment. You can take advantage of the restaurants, pool, the inflatable canoe (provided with the property) and golf course, or you can just relax and fish on the dock or grill out on the patio with your friends and/or family. Also provided are games, books, toys, high chairs, etc., making this property extremely child friendly (outlet covers, and all!) Rackets, fishing poles, etc. are also provided, as well as plenty of kitchenware making it feel like a home away from home. I absolutely recommend staying here, just be careful on the stairs going down to the dock, and obey ALL safety signs and you'll be fine! 5 experience!

The property was as described in the listing, Barbara was very helpful and responsive and supplied a few missing items very timely. Great place for fishing and swimming off the dock. Beware that when Barbara noted lake access is for physically fit, she meant it- it didnt bother our family, we enjoyed it!

This property was very beautiful in a great setting next to Lake Travis. It had everything we needed to enjoy this time with our family. Our host was very accommodating of our needs. We enjoyed the Neighbourhood golf course, Pickleball courts, and very large pool. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a great experience. #1 perk is the host's responsiveness! Very quick and accommodating. Also, very upfront about the condition of the dock (It needed repair due to a recent storm) - it was an "enter at your own risk" kind-a deal. There were some literal bugs but I guess that comes with the territory. Views were stunning, Close to the marina (if you want to rent a boat). My adult kids wanted to canoe (mentioning as it may or may not be a perk you are interested in) and the property has an inflatable one, which is awesome, but I guess it had been put away wet so it had a little "growth" on it. If you don't want to canoe, no worries...if you do, just be aware. Also the air pump is broke, so it has to be put back together every so often during inflating BUT, it's a great workout! The king suite is separate from the main living space but PERFECT if traveling with another couple or with adult kids! Back patio is relaxing with beautiful views. Overall, I absolutely would stay again.
