Vista Azul on The Island; a unique and relaxing lake living experience.

Feel at home while enjoying your stay at our Vista Azul (Villa #1109) which accommodates up to 6 guests. To ensure you have a memorable stay, the Villa comes with many comforts and access to amenities as listed below:

2 BEDROOMS. The MBR has a queen size bed, 2 night stands, and dresser with mirror. The MBR walk-in closet contains hangers and additional bedding. Guest Room has a queen size bed, 1 nightstand, a standard TV, and closet with hangers and extra bedding.

2 BATHROOMS: MBR bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large bathtub. Two sinks facilitate personal hygiene in the morning. Guest bathroom in the living area has a walk-in shower and 1 sink. Additional towels and toiletries are located within cabinets.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with an electric glass top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware.

DINING: Table is set for 4 guests but can easily accommodate 6 with additional seating.

LIVING ROOM: SmartTV provides local cable viewing as well as streaming Apps for movie watching or listening to your favorite music. A foldout sofa couch provides a place to sleep for 2 guests.

WIFI: Available throughout the Island at no additional cost.

PATIO: An outdoor table for 6 is provided for your convenience in the event you wish to dine outside. An additional high table with 2 chairs is also provided. Enjoy sunrise and lake views towards the east while in the patio area.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are located enclosed next to the fridge with additional coin-operated laundry machines just across the courtyard.

PARKING: Two assigned parking spaces located in parking garage. Additional guest parking is available in the excess parking areas outside of parking garage.

MARINA: A boat slip and a jetboat are available for rent at additional fees. Designated boat trailer parking area is located adjacent to marina.

THE ISLAND ON LAKE TRAVIS: The Island provides great amenities for your enjoyment to include a restaurant, fully equipped gym, a staffed spa, lake activities rental store, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools and heated whirlpools, and 2 tennis courts.

CHECK-IN/OUT: A step-by-step list will be provided via e-mail 24 hours before your arrival. The Island is a gated community and therefore we will provide you with access codes and instructions for gate, Villa, gym, and marina as applicable. Additionally, we will provide you with a map for finding parking locations, elevators, and other areas of interest within the Island. SELF CHECK-IN is at 3pm or anytime after that without limitations on time. SELF CHECK-OUT is at 11am on your last day of stay. LATE CHECK-OUT is not permitted between May and September due to high occupancy rates that result from peak vacation season.

celebrated my best friends 21st birthday on the marina and enjoyed our stay in the resort. we enjoyed how peaceful and relaxing it was after the day on the boat. all the furniture was comfortable, we had plenty of space to hang out and have a game night and movies. we definitely would love to return

We enjoyed our stay. The deer in this area are abundant and we loved seeing them greet us as we drove onto the island. Condo was nice and clean. My only suggestion is possibly adding a TV in the master bedroom.

Quiet, nice stay at a reasonable price

My first time booking with VRBO and I found whatever information I needed. Booked this place for a short trip based on reviews and pictures. The host did a great job with communication. Instructions to get there are perfect. Place was clean and accommodations as described. The view is probably better than it seems. The patio is a great place to have an evening drink and unwind.

Awesome Place

The host was excellent. Great communication for our codes and whatever we needed. The condo was beautiful with everything for your stay. All of the amenities was excellent! Three pools! Hot tubs! Parking garage was great as well with easy access to your condo. I will definitely come again and we want the same condo with the same host! Definitely recommend this beautiful place!!

Nature and Wildlife Abound!!

There were a lot of deer on this property. You could actually hand feed them. We went to Crause Springs nearby which is a campground but beautiful. Indoor and outdoor pool was great! Nice patio deck and view was awesome!

Girls weekend

Great location for a girls weekend! Condo was clean and very nice. We loved the island. I wish the water level on the lake wasn't so low; we had scheduled for kayaks to be delivered to the island and were told the day before that they couldn't drop off on the island. We made the best of it and drove into Marble Falls and had a great day.

We enjoyed the views, lake, access to pools/ tennis courts/ gym. The hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond to any questions we had. There is a spot to get into the lake near the tennis courts. Or you can just sit on the balcony, relax, and watch the deer with their fawns. It was very quiet during the week and we noticed more people trickling in on Thursday and Friday. Overall a very pleasant stay and we’d love to come back!

Staff issues

Property was clean, comfortable... but staff was rude .... meaning employee that supervised pool area ... mistreated my son and his friend... asked them to leave and when questioned why they had to leave the only answer given was that she had them on camera .... on camera doing what??? No answer given .... also no reason why she had to push one of the boys on shoulder telling them to get out ...

I am glad you liked the condo and felt comfortable. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the staff at the pool area. I have not heard any complaints before. We only own this condo at the complex and the swimming pool is a community pool that is managed by the COA office at the complex. I will certainly call and ask what was the issue and see what they were talking about. I will definitely make sure this will not happen again. I really apologize.

An Island Vacation in Texas!

We loved this condo for our weekend getaway! The condo itself was lovely and had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed eating on the patio terrace, which was large and had sunrise and water views. We also took advantage of the pool and the variety of look out areas for sunset viewing. We brought our kayaks and did a quick little loop close by the property as the water was a little rough but we noticed it had calmed down by the evening! So timing is everything. Will definitely keep this in mind if we are traveling in this area again!
