We understand that pets are part of some families, which is why we are proud to offer pet-friendly accommodations for medium size "non-attack type" dogs for a nominal one-time $35 fee. Our cozy, yet modern spaces provide the perfect atmosphere for you and your furry friend.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking whatever meal you desire - complete with incredible amenities including cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses and appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker (with starter kit) plus an onsite dry bar complete with wine glasses, champagne flutes & cocktail stemware!

Rest in style after exploring the area by snuggling up under fresh linens provided in each spacious bed-chamber featuring comfy pillow top king/queen size beds and a queen sleeper sofa for those extra guests. Pamper yourself to your heart's content: bathrooms come equipped with towels alongside plenty of shower essentials like shampoo & conditioner plus hair dryers too. And don't forget about that huge walk-in closet off the Master Bedroom giving extra space so packing light doesn’t have to be mandatory.

Our villa also comes loaded with modern amenities such as free WiFi throughout the property making it a perfect location to catch up on work or social media. The Island on Lake Travis has 2 free boat ramps for guests use.

The “Main” High Water Boat Ramp is open when the Lake Travis water level is between 679’ MSL (Mean feet above Sea Level) and 666’ MSL.

Lake Travis is full at 681’ MSL. Note: If the water is above 679’ MSL the ramp area is flooded and not for use.

The Low Water Ramp starts becoming visible at 661’ MSL and should be available for use when water level is below 658’MSL down to approximately 643’ MSL.
All Launching of boats – is ‘launch at your own risk’!

Boat and trailer parking is available on a first-come first serve basis. Lake water levels need to be below 675' msl (mean sea level) for the trailer parking.
