Great location
What a lovley property, close to highway, and various shopping locations. Bedroom and livingroom furnature could use a refresh. Needs more pots and pansLots of room to relax close to parks and large back yard I would recommend to family and friends. I would here again.

Negative Experience
Regarding my stay:* Overall: the house has a overbearing smell of ammonia/cat urine, it was very hard to be in the house. The upstairs level appeared to not have been vacuumed as there was dog food and a contact lens found. The light fixtures were full of bugs, there was food stuck on the floor in the kitchen, the bedroom sheets were full of hair, the bed in the basement had a bug in it. There was no deck in the back yard just 2 pieces of plywood layed over weeds/dirt. We only had access to 3 towels, face clothes and hand towels, 1 dish cloth and 1 tea towel. The dish cloth looked used.* Amenities: the coffee pot was only 4 cups, which doesn't make sense for a place that sleeps 8. There was only half rolls of toilet paper left with no access to more* Location: was great!* Suggestions: the carpet needs to be replaced and the furniture in the bedrooms need to be replaced.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While I respect every guest’s opinion, I must clarify a few things for accuracy and fairness.
First, I welcomed you and your family of six into my home, offering hospitality and flexibility at a very reasonable price. It’s unfortunate that none of that was acknowledged in your review. What’s even more disappointing is that you left the property in extremely poor condition, which required extra effort from our professional cleaning team—who consistently clean the entire house thoroughly, including vacuuming and disinfecting all areas.
Your comments about there being only four mugs and one kitchen towel are simply not true. The house is fully stocked to accommodate large families like yours, and many guests before you have been satisfied.
If your expectations are beyond what a home rental offers, perhaps a hotel or travelling with your own supplies might better suit your future needs.
As for your claim about “no deck” — the listing photos and description are clear, and many other guests have enjoyed it without issue.
I hope future guests will see this for what it is: an isolated, unfair review that doesn’t reflect the experience most people have in my home.
