Great communication with the host, easy in and out and perfect location for a multi day event at the convention center. It’s loud since it faces the street but the host has a noise machine which was helpful.

Location location location

Property is located in the middle of all the action no matter what brings you to town. The space has everything you need. Host is pleasant and easy to work with. Will stay here again for sure!

Great weekend

Just spend the past weekend there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the convention center great location and the included parking was a plus. Great place for a couple to spend the weekend in Columbus plenty of restaurants within walking distance and to the North Market.

Great location and parking!

This location was close to downtown with lots of restaurants and shops. Reserved parking was a big benefit with only a few minutes to walk to garage with come/go access. Property manager responded promptly to clarification questions I had.

Short Stay in Short North

Nice apartment in a great location. In town for a couple of days while my son visited OSU as a Phd. candidate , and this was a perfect location for my husband and I to stay as we checked out Columbus. The apartment was just as advertised - clean, cozy and steps away from High St. Nice to have the parking fob, too. Will certainly be back!

Overall I highly recommend the property. Very cute apartment with everything you need. Very attentive host too! She's great. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator and 3 flights of stairs. It took getting used to but I got my exercise! It is super close to the convention center and loads of restaurants.

Awesome Location, Excellent Host

We had a great stay while vending at a local festival just a block away! The host had fantastic communication from start to finish, and the unit itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location made it incredibly easy to access everything in the Short North—just steps away! We especially appreciated the modern fixtures and the great shower after long days at the event. The only downside was some noise from High Street at night, but that’s to be expected in such a lively area and totally outside the host’s control. Overall, a great spot—we’d definitely stay again!

Great Apartment, Close to Everything

Apartment was super cute, clean, and better in person than in the photos. While it's small, there was plenty of space for us as we weren't hanging out inside most of the time. Only downside with proximity is the number of bars nearby makes for loud evenings. Noise didn't bother me as once I'm asleep that it, but my husband did struggler on Saturday night due to people yelling and revving engines outside.

The owner was great to deal with, and let us know ahead of time about issues with the air conditioning, so we were prepared. Location is perfect for the Convention Center, and the use of the parking garage pass was a huge boon. Only negatives were the lack of elevator and the very loud street noise, especially on the weekend. There are restaurants and bars right outside the apartment complex, and the apartment windows face the Main Street. The owner supplied ear plugs and a sound machine, and we made use of them! Otherwise, I recommend this property.

The air conditioner wasn’t working quite right, but we’ve installed a new one this week! We had provided a window unit during previous stays, and it seemed to do the trick. I think the 90-degree heat wave just made things a bit tougher for this guest. Thanks for your understanding!
