My husband and I had a delightful stay in in Gail and Belinda’s loft, which was attractively decorated, well equipped, comfortable and well designed for privacy. The vineyard setting, in a rural neighborhood ideal for walking, was a great attribute. One of many highlights of our stay was interacting with dogs Griff and Talley, and through the fence with Gus the horse and donkeys Beryl and Enid. We were lucky with moderate weather for most of our July stay, but on the few steamy days, we found the A/C worked well and the loft a very bright and pleasant place to relax in the hot late afternoons, with beautiful views in every direction. Gail and Belinda couldn’t have been more hospitable, responsive and helpful hosts. We hope to return in the future.
We absolutely loved our CA trip and our stay at Gail and Belinda’s loft! They were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Highly recommend!!
Great location in Sonoma County. The property is a secluded and ideal getaway in the middle of wine country. Our hosts made our month long stay a truly wonderful experience.
This review is long overdue! We had the pleasure of staying in this gem of a property last fall, but what’s even more special are the owners. They truly go out of their way to make you feel at home, from the delicious homemade granola to always being reachable for any question or recommendation. On top of the warm hospitality, the property itself is stunning and centrally located. We loved meeting all of the farm animals on our morning walks! Thank you for opening your beautiful home and more so your hearts. We can't wait to be back and share this gem with our family and friends!
We stayed in Gail and Belinda’s loft on their charming farmette while house hunting in the area. The loft was well appointed and we enjoyed getting to know both of our hosts, who live on site and were eager to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a comfortable stay at the property while we got to know the local area and housing market. Our 4 year old son particularly enjoyed meeting the rescue animals on site (and running through the dog agility course with Belinda!) and we’ll look forward to connecting with our lovely hosts again in the future once we secure property and move to the area.
This is a great central spot to enjoy Sonoma Wine Country, book it, you won’t be disappointed!
This property caught my eye right off the bat. That view!!! Everything was just about perfect. Our hosts were as helpful as they were delightful. You can't go wrong staying here, surrounded by all the beauty of and fun to be had in Sonoma County.
We went on a week-long getaway to this property and it was absolutely magical.
The property sits right next to the beautiful vineyards and every direction you turn your head is a beautiful sight. Both Gail and Belinda were so thoughtful with every detail. The place was immaculately clean and very comfortable in all the furnishing. We were even provided with a bottle of their own wine and fresh farm eggs. Just enjoying a peaceful meal looking out the windows was a treat and a vaction in itself! (Walking around the neighborhood is abolutely lovely as well with every picture you take calendar-worthy.)
The kids were thrilled to meet the animals (sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens) and we even got to see a dog training class on the day we left that Belinda was holding.
The thoughtfulness continued even after our stay as we forgot one of our kids pants and they so kindly mailed them to us. Talk about kindness that goes above and beyond!
I would give this place an 11 out of 10 if I could. It was a wonderful trip -thank you so much again!
This is a VERY special place and our heavenly stay there was one we will never forget.
It’s impossible to summarize this beautiful property because there are just so many wonderful things to say about it ALL. It’s a haven amongst the vines truly!!
So much attention to detail and care has gone into every aspect of the loft from the comfort of the bedding and luxuries of the fully stocked kitchen (to include a happily curated little cookbook library) to the fun and whimsy of the artwork and light that bounces around the loft throughout the day.
The views from the patio spaces truly take your breath away each morning. My favorite moments included coffee, the sunrise and that deck!
The owners Gail and Belinda were the epitome of kindness and generosity, taking time to make sure we had everything we needed including every conceivable foodie recommendation and introducing my 12yr old son to all their beautiful animals on property. So grateful for their kindness and patience, he made very happy memories with them both picking grapes in the vineyard and learning about the vines, the incredible flowers and their land around.
We had the most relaxing 12 days there and I want to go back immediately (and stay forever).
