Peaceful and quiet

A quiete and peaceful house 4 big sized bedrooms a dining and sitting room and a large covered veranda a fully equipped kitchen.The one drawback is the lack of bathrooms.ie.2 large shower rooms and only 1 W.C. The outside of the house with the pool was very large with a track at the back to walk to the village about 10mins. A car is required as it's rural

Je rejoins le prĂ©cĂ©dent commentaire, c’est dommage qu’il y ai pas assez d’avis sur cette maison, au dĂ©but nous avions quelques craintes. Mais Ă  force de discuter par SMS avec les propriĂ©taires nous Ă©tions rassurĂ©s et Ă  notre arrivĂ©e tous Ă©taient comme annoncĂ©. Maison assez isolĂ© de la ville de Carcassonne (8 mins en voiture du centre), 5 mins pour le carrefour et le reste de la zone commercial. Il y a 4 belles chambres et un mini studio Ă  l’écart, aucunes climatisations mais en fermant les volets en fin de mĂątinĂ© et en ouvrant tĂŽt le matin / tard le soir voir la nuit la maison se rafraĂźchi sans problĂšmes. Les moustiquaires Ă  toutes les fenĂȘtres sont + qu’apprĂ©ciable surtout la nuit. Une cuisine fonctionnelle, salon / salle Ă  manger mis a disposition, 2 salles de bains sont Ă©galement Ă  l’étage. Au sous-sol nous avons eu le plaisir d’avoir un garage pour mettre Ă  l’ombre les voitures, une salle de tennis de table et une buanderie avec machine Ă  laver / congĂ©lateur. L’extĂ©rieur est relativement grand, trop grand Ă  force de faire les aller-retour entre la terrasse et la cuisine, la pisicine est grande avec tous le nĂ©cessaire (transats, boues, frites). Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© faire des barbecues au charbon quasiment tous les jours. Pour finir les propriĂ©taires sont gĂ©niaux, ils viennent trĂšs tĂŽt pour arroser et nettoyer la piscine ou encore lorsque nous avons des soucis (une coupure de courant et un frigorifique fatiguĂ©), nous les remercions !

IdĂ©al pour la famille au cƓur de l’Aude

Bonne communication avec les propriĂ©taires via l’application. Il s’agissait de leur premiĂšre mise en location. Accueil agrĂ©able le jour de l’arrivĂ©e. Les informations concernant la maison sont claires. Maison aux volumes apprĂ©ciables. Nombreux couchages. Plusieurs salles d’eau. La mise Ă  disposition des draps et serviettes est un plus non nĂ©gligeable. Le nĂ©cessaire au quotidien est prĂ©sent. Jolie attention avec le vin offert par les propriĂ©taires ainsi que par la mise Ă  disposition d’un lit bĂ©bĂ© ainsi que d’une baignoire pour bĂ©bĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires (ou la voisine) effectuent en dĂ©but de matinĂ©e l’arrosage des massifs et l’entretien de la piscine en toute discrĂ©tion. Ils savent ĂȘtre prĂ©sents pour rĂ©pondre aux besoins si nĂ©cessaire. Piscine sĂ©curisĂ©e par abri et alarme. La maison est plutĂŽt bien situĂ©e, en campagne, Ă  proximitĂ© de Carcassonne, vue un peu cachĂ©e sur la citĂ© mĂ©diĂ©vale depuis la vĂ©randa panoramique, et de nombreux sites Ă  visiter. Deux books rĂ©alisĂ©s par les propriĂ©taires recensent l’essentiel de ce qui est Ă  voir et Ă  faire. La route peut ĂȘtre un peu dĂ©rangeante la nuit lorsque les fenĂȘtres sont ouvertes (avantage et inconvĂ©nient de l’emplacement ). Un deuxiĂšme jeu de clĂ©s serait un plus si les locataires dĂ©sirent se sĂ©parer pour les visites ou activitĂ©s. Ce qui nous a le plus manquĂ© reste la climatisation pour les jours de grosses chaleurs. Ce fut dans l’ensemble est une belle semaine de vacances en famille, notre premiĂšre via Abritel, et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir visiter la rĂ©gion. Je recommande cette location.
