Only 8 minutes by car from the Imperial Beach, its Casino and the lake, the apartment is ideally located to enjoy a stay in Annecy.
In a large bright living room, the fully equipped kitchen will ensure meals with family or friends without missing anything.
Oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, accessories ... in short, everything is as at home!
Open to the living room, the living room is equipped with a connected TV offering all national and international channels, as well as the possibility to connect to Netflix.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a bed 160x200cm (King Size), then 1 bathroom.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
All linen will be provided during your stay: sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towel.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🅿️ You can park your car outside on 2 private places.
Important: the entire apartment is non-smoking.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
