About this property

Newly renovated in Dec 2021, Perfect for hosting friends and family for a trip to enjoy Lake Ouachita! Main floor with two bedrooms, two baths. Mater bath with ensuite and Two Queen beds in hall bedroom. Door at front of hall allows to close off hall bed and bath for privacy. Lower level is all things kids! Two twin over full bunks, TV area with multi game Sega console, foosball and Game/ puzzle table. Luxury Spa bath with shower, double vanity and freestanding bath. Each level has a nice sized deck to enjoy watching deer graze close by. This unit is a condo. It is within a building with 4 total units.

-This is a condo unit with a unit above and beside. There is potential to hear sounds from neighboring units. Please be mindful that neighbors can also hear loud noised omitting from with in the unit.

Birthday celebration

Celebrated a friends birthday here. Weather wasn’t great but we didn’t mind not being on the lake much because the condo was so cozy and comfortable! Loved the layout, view of wooded area with deer, games, decor….the master bed was FABULOUS! Has everything we needed plus more. Thanks for sharing your condo - we will be back!

Perfect setting for Family, Friends, or Offsite Group Meetings

This was a perfect setting for entertaining clients. We reserved two units and both were outstanding. So many outdoor activities to pick from nearby for a good balance of work and fun. Everything you need to cook meals or dine in at the lodge. Lots of room for everyone to sleep in their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. I can't wait to take my family here so they can enjoy it as much as we did.
