Beautiful houseboat. Everything we needed. Clean and fresh the only thing you need is a small step stool to get in master bed. lol. I had to use our cooler. I could live in that houseboat. Will come again.

This was a phenomenal stay! The houseboat was immaculately cleaned, the hosts were always friendly and prompt. The cookies were an awesome touch. The staff was ready to help us with renting a Sea Doo and answer any questions we needed at any time.

We had an excellent stay at this boathouse! The property was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The water views and peaceful setting made it easy to unwind, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The hosts were responsive and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Wonderful 4 bedroom fully furnished stationary houseboat. Very clean and had everything you could need including a Keurig coffee maker!

This was our second stay and were excited to stay again. However, the second night of our stay the lower bedroom at the back began smelling of sewage. We hoped the smell would dissipate, but it didn’t so we had to rearrange and ended up with one person sleeping on the living room couch.Everything else was fine though the ice machine didn’t work. It wasn’t needed so was not a problem.The grandsons had a blast and are hoping to visit again.

Everything was perfect from arriving to leaving..So clean, smelled good, had everything needed for the kitchen, bathrooms. Made us feel very special arriving with our name on boathouse sign, a personized card congratulating us on our 37th wedding anniversary with some bakery items, and white roses!! So nice and meant so much to us!! Would highly recommend for a great, clean relaxing getaway!! Thank you all for everything!!!

We came to see the famous Lake Ouachita and its everything you expect and more! This Boat house is perfect for doing so, they have everything you need. The morning view is incredible from the very spacious back deck. We boated and visited the entire lack and had the best accommodations right on the water.

The most beautiful lake anywhere!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. We rented the premier pontoon that was parked right next to the houseboat. Both were perfect, roomy and easy to maneuver for my 75 year old father. Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality!

Great family vacation

Property was very unique, clean and seemed very new. Very happy with how well the kitchen was stocked. Owners were so accommodating and attentive. We enjoyed our stay! Kids had a blast. We had kids 7-12.

Awesome place to stay!

We absolutely loved staying at the boathouse! The location on the water is great and the view cannot be beat! It had plenty of room for our group of 6 and we felt very comfortable staying there. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The black stone grill was a nice addition! Communication with the property manager was easy and she was readily available when we had questions. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we plan to come back in the summer time to take advantage of the warmer weather and spending more time on the decks!

Like a Dream!

So clean new and cool! Was a great place to come back from the lake and islands. We didn’t want to leave! It had everything and the most comfortable beds with clean white bedding. The views were amazing and the kitchen and bathrooms so nice and clean. Loved having the washer and dryer for towels! They were all so helpful and super nice! Already booked for next year!
