Come Stay in this beautiful lake front tiny home. It features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. It also offers a large open loft above the bedroom, where the kids can roll out the sleeping bags or just have a nice play area. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, outside grill, and fire pit. This home is surrounded by National Forest and is steps from the water.

Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

Perfect Fall Getaway

The Lake House Cottage was perfect for my husband, dogs, and myself. We loved the addition of the loft in this cottage because it worked perfectly as a storage area and allowed us to utilize the space more effectively. The view of lake is wonderful, and the cozy porch was very cozy.

Lake House Cabin

This was our first visit to this area. About 7 miles north of Royal to Safe Harbour. This a very quiet, clean little spot where they have these RV prefab units in a spot called "Tiny Town". Some units are larger, but the 3-4 in this spot are just that...tiny. Perfect for 2 people and one medium dog or two teecups, no more. The pics are accurate but maybe taken with a wide angle lens because these units are just slightly larger than a small studio apartment. The unit was very clean and nicely stocked with plates, utensiles, etc. Satellite TV but no wifi as of now. Hit the Walmart off 270 to stock up before arriving, because its about 20-25 minutes back there once you arrive. The grounds around the units are slightly angled with a 30 degree grade down to the little finger cove. The roads are gravel and well graded. Smaller cars can get in and out just fine but very well suited for SUV/trucks. Back to the unit: We only had minor issues with the sliding bathroom doors sticking and a bathroom cabinet door coming off at the face, but we took a pic and reported it right away at the Safe harbour Country Store and do not expect any issues with any damage claims. Overall; this is a perfect spot to get away and unwind and only 30 mins away from downtown Hot Springs.

Exceeded my expectations! Lovely property overlooking the lake. Lots of trees, peaceful. The house may be "tiny" but it seemed very spacious with thoughtful amenities. Doesn't have a dining area, but the coffee table top lifts up to dine on the sofa. Very nice area with fire pit and picnic tables. Dog friendly! All the staff I encountered were very nice. Will definitely be back! Thinking of renting all 3 of the tiny houses for a group trip.

Tiny home happiness

This tiny home had everything we needed to completely unwind. It was incredibly clean and quiet. We loved sitting outside for our morning coffee and then again later for a glass of wine and a sunset. It is very close to hiking, boating, and fishing. The town of Hot Springs is a quick drive away. Enjoy!

Cabin as described. Check-in was easy and fast. Loved the wrap around porch and deck. Water was just a few feet away and enjoyed the cove all to ourselves. Lake Ouachita is my favorite place ever and this cabin was a perfect little spot right on the water.

our stay at this tiny cabin exceeded our expectations!!! had such a good water front view with easy access for our dogs to take a swim. The inside was very clean and kept up with. will definitely be rebooking for future vacations.

Beautiful tiny house on Lake Ouachita

We had a great stay here for the eclipse! The house is in the Safe Harbor campground, but it is set back with a few other tiny houses. The amenities of the campground are close by, but you have a sense of privacy here. The view from the porch is beautiful, the house has everything you need, and its the perfect spot for enjoying some time in nature.

Brady Mountian Tiny Town Get Away

We stayed in the Lake Cabin in Tiny Town at Brady Mountain. Cabin itself was fantastic all around. The view was excellent. Location is convenient and tucked away with 4 other little cabins. Very clean.

FISHING TOURNAMENT

It was very clean but really small. We had a Bass Fishing tournament - and I should have asked parking at boat is nearly impossible. If you want to go and get away this is your place- did not care to get to tiny town was a dirt road and I wish I been told about that .

Outstanding Location

If you are looking for a location to relax and recover. The Tiny House are a great choice. The space was perfect for two adults and a small dog. Securing access to the property was simple with a store available for last minute purchases. It was my 50th Birthday and the atmosphere helped me create romance and privacy. This is an outstanding location.

Cabin on Lake Ouchita

This cabin was awesome! Very clean and had everything you will need in it! We stayed there to fish a tournament and there was plenty of room to park 2 trucks and 2 boat. Could probably park a third. The state park restraunt was also a short walk down the road and it was very good! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful waterfront getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this cozy cabin! The staff and campgrounds were extremely accommodating. We had everything we needed for cooking meals, relaxing and toiletries. The views are breath taking and allow for such a relaxing stay. We will be back!
