Beautiful Condo in Mountain Harbor/Lake Ouachita

You are in for a treat! This beautifully decorated condominium is made for a relaxing getaway nestled in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. It is located just off Hwy 270.
If relaxation is what you’re looking for - enjoy a walk out from the living room and master bedroom to a large covered balcony where you’ll be sure to spot deer passing through. This fully loaded condo has all the amenities of home including a gas grill, washer & dryer, dishwasher & a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing & indulging in home cook meals . Or with delivery options & only minutes away - The Harbor Lodge restaurant offers a delicious full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an incredible view of the lake.
The living room, master bedroom and spare bedroom have flat screen TVs all set up with Direct TV. WiFi is available as well.
This unit comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The spare bedroom is perfect for kids or adults as it’s equipped with a queen bed and a daybed trundle. The sofa sleeper comfortably pulls out into a full-size bed. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms.
Once you get settled in, be sure to enjoy all the amenities the area has to offer - the lake, the swimming pool, tennis courts ( rackets and tennis balls provided), hiking trails, the wonderful Turtle Cove Spa.
This is a great vacation destinations with 49,000 acres of crystal clear lakes around about Ouachita National Forest. You can enjoy fishing, boating, water sports, crystal mines, and world-class hiking trails through national Forest.
Not to mention, Hot Springs is only 20 miles away. Hot springs off for spas, horse racing, shopping, and much more.

Lovely condo with great location

Well furnished, beautiful condo. Master bedroom is very large and second bedroom has 2 beds which adds more sleeping capacity. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful condo! It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with every amenity you can think of. The kitchen was well appointed and very well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. The couch and loveseat were very comfortable, as were the beds. We all slept incredibly well! I enjoyed the small touches, such as bags of corn for the neighborhood deer, a bottle of champagne, coffee filters and lots of blankets. We loved it and will definitely come back.

Perfect for the 4th!

This cute condo had great updates! The beds were comfortable, the furniture was updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy the holiday weekend with friends and family while relaxing in the well-appointed space!

Total eclipse seen from condo entrance. Area was inviting and the people friendly. Interior was spacious gor the 4 of us. Great house for 2-3 kids. I would come back.

I loved the condo! It was very spacious with a very large living area and master bedroom. Second bedroom had queen and trundle bed. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Check in was easy with the keypad on the door. Location was perfect for us as my brother has a condo on the same street. Will definitely stay there next time we go to Mountain Harbor.

My family and I have stayed in countless condos at Mountain Harbor and this one was such a fabulous experience, we booked it twice. Misty is fabulous, she is attentive to detail & quick to respond. She left balloons since I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. The little details matter. Misty provides all the little things you might forget. The house is stocked well enough to cook meals. Advice: get groceries before staying at mountain harbor so you can just enjoy your trip and not have to drive back in town. My family brings our boat and an ATV. This condo was very clean and smelled wonderful. Has two designated parking spots. Thank you Misty & Joe for making us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. We were comfortable, safe, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you for hosting our family!

Was not able to navigate the cable only one channel. Need a step by step guide to be for tv

Refrigerator was leaking water the entire time had to keep cleaning it up got to the point I just left a rag down to absorb water. During cooking it was a troublesome walking around towel’s to absorb water. Living room fan didn’t work to circulate air when turned on motor kept getting hot blades would not move it got stuffy at times. Motor was extremely warm to the touch I turned off contact owner to let them know of both issues.

Beautiful, close to lake

This property is beautiful on the inside and out. You are nestled in the woods, with deer watching off the back deck. But also beautifully renovated condo with many extras. This place makes you feel right at home. Misty and Joe were very easy to work with. They have everything you need here and it was comfortable for our entire family. The boat launch was less than 5 mins away (Harbor Mountain). We enjoyed cooking breakfast/dinner in the great kitchen. We also relaxed and played games in the living room. Very peaceful location, yet close to the lake.

Perfect Fall Getaway

When we walked into our rental we were immediately struck by how lovely it was and the serenity it provided. I am so glad that we chose this place for a weekend getaway, it was so peaceful and had everything we needed and more. We already have plans for returning next year.

Perfect Trip

This was our second year staying in the Lake Ouachita area and plan to make it a yearly trip. The condo was perfect. Cozy and very clean. Our girls loved feeding the deer from the balcony. We enjoyed coming back to the condo each evening after time on the Lake and riding the ATV trails.

Absolutely fantastic property!

This was an amazing condo. The owner thought of every detail including sunglasses and beach towels for a day at the lake. Left notes throughout the house to help answer questions and left small items to make our stay special, such as bags of corn to feed the deer and a welcome bottle of Rose’ as a welcome toast to kick off your stay.

We had a great experience staying at the cabin. The pictures don’t show the reality of the gorgeous place. We had the experience of feeding a deer family and also to do some hiking. I totally recommend this place. And as a highlight the communication with Misty and her good service were awesome!
