Upper courtyard apartment in small 12 unit building. Great light, hardwood floors, fantastic location. Full kitchen with stove and fridge. One parking space. Community laundry room. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We do not allow smoking, pets or parties. Stays over one month are required to have housekeeping at least 1x per month at $160 /clean.
