Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The property was spotless, with everything so clean and well maintained. The amenities were wonderful - especially the pool, which our family loved. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It truly felt like the perfect family getaway spot - comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for.

Great holiday week!We stayed for the week between Christmas and New Years and our stay was great!Highlights: The VIEWs, friendly front desk staff, comfy beds, quiet rooms, dog friendly.Could be better: Add more kitchen amenities, cookware and utensils. Parking is confusing and even more confusing after asking for clarification at front desk. Pet relief area was smelly and gross (our dogs wouldn't go near it).We had a three bedroom sky suite and didn't like the view (faced away from the Space Needle and water). The front desk staff was nice enough to let us see another and change for a great view.Thank you, happy new year!

The location was perfect, the amenities were great, the space was just right for our family, but the floors were filthy. They did clean them as soon as we drew it to their attention though. We had trouble with the billing process too. Both Vacay and Level charged us for the stay. No one followed up with a resolution to the double charge after we reached out to Level so we had to dispute it with our cc company.
