House was comfortable, clean and close to everything we wanted to see and do.Would recommend this home to anyone going to Reno for a vacation or just weekend get away.
This home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in Reno. The communication and service was excellent. We’ll definitely stay again when in town.
Wonderful place to stay in Reno! The house is very spacious, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the location is close to stores, restaurants, etc. The bonus of having a pool table and hot tub was great. Both Keren and David were very responsive to our requests and a delight to deal with. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
We got together with family and enjoyed the space the property had to offer, the playground a short drive away, the mountain biking trails down the street, and the easy access to Truckee and beyond! Lots of spacious room to hang out, we also enjoyed the hot tub and grilling. We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly upon communication with the property manager.
We had a lovely time during our stay! The location and size of the place were just what our family needed. We loved being close to OHV and hiking trails, plus there were plenty of restaurants nearby to try out. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we had everything we needed for barbecuing and cooking. One thing to note: the interior felt a bit on the darker side, and it could definitely use some more lighting to make it feel brighter and more inviting. Also, there was a bit of a leak in the upstairs bathroom, and we found ourselves limited to using the master bedroom's bathroom for showers. With a family of four females, that posed a little bit of a challenge, but we managed! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
Stayed here for about 2weeks. House in good condition. Bed very comfortable. Great kitchen properly outfitted. Cozy living room. Ice size backyard with lots of privacy. Great hot tub. Good communication with owners. A great experience.
We had a great time, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and in great shape, I will rent this place again. One issue was check in got pushed back 1 hour. I had just driven 11 hours, having to wait an additional hour was inconvenient but it passed quickly.
We recently stayed at this property and overall had a mixed experience. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and feels very private. It’s more spacious than we expected, and the hot tub was a great perk. It is, however, farther from downtown Reno than we realized, so just be aware of the extra drive time.On the downside, the home wasn’t as clean as we had hoped upon arrival. There was Pinesol left in the kitchen sink, some dirt and debris around the house, and the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, leaving a gap that compromised privacy from the backyard. There’s also no TV in the master bedroom, and we had trouble getting the bathroom outlets to work. The garage is locked for guests, which wasn’t a major issue for us since there was no snow during our stay, but it could be inconvenient in winter and makes it harder to ensure the property feels fully secure. The sliding door locks also didn’t function, and instead there were sticks placed to secure the doors. As for communication: before our trip we had to reschedule due to a medical emergency, and the owner was very accommodating in allowing us to change our dates for a fee, which we appreciated. However, later during the stay we were contacted about our dog being present, even though we’re almost certain we paid the pet fee in our original booking. I replied to the property manager right away but never heard back, and then the owner reached out again after our stay with the same question. I explained the situ
