The heart of the home is an open plan Living, kitchen, dining area with a smart tv and split system heating an cooling. The beautiful family bathroom with free standing bathtub. Outside a covered outdoor entertaining area and private garden. There is a driveway to the front and additionally a second driveway to the rear giving plenty parking for multiple vehicles, boats and jet skis.



Linen and bath towels provided.



Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:



Included:



Linen:

• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)

• One bath towel per person.

• Hand towels in the bathroom

• T towels for the kitchen



A starter pack in including:

• 4 x toilet roles per toilet

• Hand soap

• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)

• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes



What is not included:

• Flat sheets

• Beach or pool towels

• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.

• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.

• Face clothes/washers

• Shampoo and conditioner.

• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
