Open-concept 3 Bedroom Bungalow located in an ideal central location, in the heart of McKellar Park. Just minutes from Carlingwood Mall within walking distance to Richmond Rd and its trendy shops, close to Westboro, Civic hospital, Parkway and Ottawa River. The home features a spacious, bright, open living area with a well-sized kitchen equipped with plenty of cabinetry & SS appliances. Large living room, 3 good sized bedrooms & Dining room/office. Furnished possible. Min 30 days for rentals
The unit is being rented unfurnished, but it is possible to have some minimal furniture. Please contact me for details.
Only the main floor is being rented. The unfinished basement is only to be used to access the washer & dryer.
Other things to note
