Communication with the host was timely, accurate and concise. Host returned emails within 5-10 minutes. Check-in and check-out were easy thanks to the thorough checklist. The condo was well-stocked with coffee, toiletries, and linens. The condo is quiet with lovely natural light. The condo is conveniently located in Gatineau for day trips to Ottawa. This unit is a semi basement unit. People with kids live upstair. It is a relatively new building, however, the maintenance definitely not up to par. There is full load of bedding inside the dryer. The entrance door lock needed to be re-work. Kitchen facilities needed some sttention and care. There is one good feature from this unit which is the TV program have lots of choice.
