A nice pet friendly property with a great location. This is a rental property with basic amenities. Things like privacy curtains, extra cutlery and towel racks would make this special.
Check in very smooth and host is communicates check in process clearly. Great response time from the host. Great location and was a great stop for our family! Highly recommend.
We had a three day stay at this quiet place - a nice break from hotels on our journey from SW Manitoba to Newfoundland. Nice to have a BBQ and well equipped kitchen - good change from eating out. Groceries are a short drive away!
A nice spot to come home to after your day trips around the region. Clean, open concept location, with a view of a quiet river beyond the backyard. Some amenities nearby, many within 5 minutes if you have a car. Luis was great with communication and very responsive with any questions. Thank you!
Luis is a wonderful host; easy to contact and all details were accurate. Nice, clean home and lovely view.

House is surrounded by sand bags from recent flooding. The bags were still in place while all others in neighborhood had been removed. No signs of flooding in unit but bags were on stairs as well. It made ingress and egress challenging. Fireplace downstairs has no instructions anywhere…useless. Remote for TV downstairs was in a strange place and hard to find. Once found, it didn’t work and there was no manual way of using. Issue was the remote, no batteries. Mind you, not dead batteries, no batteries!! Someone knew they were dead, removed them and left it. No extra batteries in the house. House is outfitted like a college apartment of a kid who just moved out. Had smart lock on the front door which looked new but was not the one associated with the code. The lock for which the code was provided was impossible to see the numbers and hard to use. I could go on, but why?

My daughter and I and her 3 children, 1 baby and a 2.5 yr old toddler, 11 yr old. We had to unload over sand bags. A heads up would have been appreciated got none. The backyard was beautiful, front yard unkept grass not cut. Inside; Found snacks from previous guests on floor and couch. Advertised dishwasher there was none. Trampoline was shown there was none. Advertised bathtub but no plug so the tub was useless couldn’t bath babies. Fireplace downstairs advertised but didn’t work thought it was because not plugged in so I plugged it in. That didn’t help so I went to unplug it but whole outlet was loose and plug couldn’t come out with outlet coming with it so I was scared to unplug it. The coffee table was broken 1 screw holding one leg on and other leg had a repair but stupidly done. My 2.5 yr old granddaughter leaned against it with her tummy and it collapsed. I sent the host pictures. No screens on windows so had to use air conditioning. I feel I didn’t get what I paid for.
