Fantastic place and location if you’re staying in the Gatineau region. Quick drive to Ottawa and plenty of options for dining nearby. House was very well equipped and had everything you needed. Perfect family stay near Ottawa

The house was very clean, tidy and well equipped for our family. We found there to be a good amount of cooking utilities in the kitchen, and our son loved the endless children's books and toys located in the upstairs bedroom closet. We found a local grocery store a few streets over that had everything we needed. The house was a good 30 minute drive from downtown Ottawa but still remote enough for it to be quiet most of the day with little disturbance from traffic. Overall we would definitely book this property again and would recommend it to families of 6-8 people. We also found countless board games and a PlayStation 4 in the storage cubbies under the sofa seat with a good amount of games and movies to choose from.

Steps from our home you will find cafés (British Cafe, Mulligan's), restaurants (Cuisine Express Indian, Antonyme, Amazonas Peruvian), microbreweries (5th Baron), pubs (Bistro L'Autre Oeil), the historic British Hotel, local bakeries (Deux Frêres), a local chocolatier (Béatrice et Chocolats), grocery stores (Marché Laflamme), depanneurs, a crêperie (Beurre Salé) ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
