A spacious patio, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, offers an ideal spot to unwind and take in the panoramic views. Barrington River Farm is a working farm, home to a rare herd of Red Devon cattle. The house reflects the property's biodynamic principles, designed and built with sustainability as a priority. Completely off-grid, it features robust backup systems for reliability. Positioned at the property's highest point and north-facing, the house is strategically designed for optimal solar efficiency, blending eco-conscious living with its natural surroundings.
The home features three bedrooms with ceiling fans throughout:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x king single beds.
Additionally, the lounge room includes a queen-sized sofa bed, providing comfortable accommodation for all guests. Use of the sofa bed is at an additional cost. Large galley style kitchen with walk in pantry, gas cooking, dishwasher, and breakfast bar
