Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private ocean terrace, making every evening unforgettable. Aqua’s prime location offers easy access to George Town, Camana Bay, and the island’s top restaurants and attractions, ensuring a perfect balance of blissful seclusion and nearby convenience.
The heart of the home is a gourmet chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and elegant quartz countertops. The adjacent oceanfront dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests with mesmerizing views. For a more indulgent affair, arrange for a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner or a champagne brunch, curated through our dedicated concierge service.
The four ensuite bedrooms are designed with resort-inspired luxury in mind featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes.

Aqua’s amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with a tanning ledge offers a serene place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides an indulgent escape. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone cove, providing barefoot water entry into sparkling waters. Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aqua’s private cove.
Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

The beach is protected by a natural limestone cove. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone, providing barefoot water entry. Barefoot water entry can also be enjoyed next door to the north at The Grandview or Sunset Cove. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property for all to enjoy.
