The condo features four bedrooms, including a huge mater suite with striking ocean views, a jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. Two further bedrooms offer queen beds whilst the fourth is a twin room and perfect for children.
The condo can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 adults), with the Media Room offering a pull-out bed for 2 children. A thick privacy curtain separates this room from the rest of the condo for added seclusion.
One Mid-Stay Cleaning Included (minimum 7-night stay required)
The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the extras guests might need and the dining area can sit 10 in comfort. There are large flat-screen TVs throughout with internet connection and cable TV. In addition, the Media Room offers a PlayStation games console, DVD player and surround sound.
The condo is networked with a Sonos music streaming system, enabling guests to play their personal libraries throughout the condo from their smartphone or tablet device.
Comfortable seating in the living area and on the large terrace provide ample opportunity for relaxation. Other features include an alarm system, a coded entry lock for guests (no more forgetting your keys!) and two parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

A mandatory 13% tourism tax will be added to all bookings.
Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
