Bungalow, un peu vieillot, ça serait bien d’avoir une PEINTURE blanche qui va valoriser la terrasse

Heureusement qu’il n’y avait pas de VOISIN lors de notre location car il y aurait eu une grosse promiscuité ça aurait été un gros point négatif mais pour le coup là ça a été positif Faire des travaux de peinture, et peut-être cloisonné au niveau de la terrasse, à l’avenir si il y a une location

Le matériel à disposition pour la cuisine Sa localisation à proximité de la plage des Tipaniers Indiquer dans l'annonce que la terrasse est partagée avec un bungalow voisin. Ce n'est pas très professionnel de ne pas en parler dans l'annonce même si on nous a dit que les propriétaires du bungalow voisin n'étaient pas souvent présents. Un rafraichissement du bungalow serait à prévoir.
