Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, dirty/greasy BBQ etc.
Guests accept liability for damages caused during their stay and damages exceeding the security deposit.
Late departures not approved in advance will incur: • $100 per hour for the first two hours • Additional charges equivalent to a full day’s accommodation thereafter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Owner has a strict zero tolerance policy when it comes to parties. Breach may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
A prepaid security deposit of $1000 is required. A copy of a valid driver’s licence for the booking guest must also be provided to the owner.
