Great location, cute & comfortable
Holiday Island is close to Eureka Springs, and everything we wanted to do! Pet friendly, and nice trails around the golf course for walking was an added bonus.Upstairs bedrooms and only one bath made things cozy, but we managed fine!

The little cabin was perfect for us. It was clean and i loved the kitchen! It was perfect location for the wedding we attended! It was right on the golf course! We enjoyed little walks every morning! The only 2 minor problems we had was the water hadnt been turned on when we got there, and the showe4 curtain was broken, HOWEVER the property manager quickly resolved both issues and was very responsive. We Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

The water company claimed a leak, and for whatever reason, we were not notified in advance, but I’m so glad it was fixed promptly.We definitely aim for an issue-free stay, which is why we always send the welcome text so you have a contact during your stay for any needs.Thank you again for choosing our home, and we hope to welcome you again in the future."
My family was a bit disappointed in this place. The property had a strong DIY flip vibe. Not much attention to detail. Outlets were cut in improperly, the stairs were LVP Vinyl with 1x2 on the fronts that were all coming loose. The handrail was pulled away from the wall. The shower grout was sloppy and not properly done, and the place was painted with very little prep to walls (debris under the paint)Holes were patched in walls and not painted. The small sofa had its corners shredded by a cat at some point. The back sliding glass door was fogged over and wouldn’t open, the latch was broken. Windows didn’t have screens and wouldn’t open, or wouldn’t stay open. Exterior maintenance was lacking and the soffit on the back was falling down. The location served our needs as it was near our family Thanksgiving, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Cute, Relaxing, and Clean!!
This was by far the best experience with a rental! The property was beautiful, clean, quiet, right on the golf course, and had a serene feel. As I walked in, I was greeted with a personalized welcome board and information on things to do in the area. OMG, I went to the "LocalTub" and created personalized scented lotions, air fresheners, etc. An excellent recommendation! A couple of highlights for me was the patio. Sitting outside with coffee (wine in the evening!) was nice, the perfect chill in the air, and just taking in nature. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Most important for me was the place was cleaner than most hotels, and it provided me with a touch of home. I will return, thank you!
