Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Apartment: the accommodation is a separate apartment above the main house, it comes with its own amenities, parking bay and access.
Cooking Facilities: please note, as per the listing details there is no inside cooking facilities. There is a kitchenette only. You can cook on the outdoor BBQ.
No Laundry Facilities: please note, there is on laundry facilities at the apartment.
Parking: The garage is not for guests use. There is parking for one car, parallel in front of the garage.
