The condo unit was clean, updated except for appliances but very cozy. The pool was warm but was not clean. The surrounding area was very nice, easy walk to beach. Overall very happy. Would stay there again.

Great OBX stay!

This is in a great location--less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, an easy walk (or super-short drive) to Harris Teeter and some other shops, and about 5 miles down to Duck or up towards the lighthouse area. The condo itself is very clean & comfortable and well-stocked, even with board games (OBXopoly!), beach-read books and some videos. The covered deck is a good size, and the private(to the condo building) pool is nice and well-maintained. You definitely get the feeling that the owners care about their renters' experiences. Would recommend!

Booked few weeks prior. Great location, pool beach, did not know about all the Beach supplies you already had. Little start up issues, fridge warm, AC off. Fixed. Nice Beach, access up a lot of stairs in case you want to bring beach stuff you will carry. Weather was great, charcoal grill outside near rental. Clean. We stayed with 5. Neighbors nice. Bikes were great, plaza across the street. Spikes fid not work. Caught a few fish - a nice shark also. Carpet in coni was different. Great porch. Overall good experience would recommend
