Everything is very close by...groceries and stores. We went to Val Cartier Village most times 20-25 minute drive. Apartment is very warm for basement unit. Had all kitchen necessities for cooking..extra linen and blankets. Omar swapped out the TV box with his own right away when I reported it was having some issues. Very responsive and hospitable! I would stay again and even took an additonal night.

It was easy to get to and from, in a nice residential area. Clean, spacious basement apartment. Host lives upstairs and was available to us if we needed anything.

Very quiet area! Have easy access to groceries or restaurants etc. Your own parking area available. The place looks better in real life than the pictures. Its very equipped to cook or clean etc. I highly recommend it! Will be back!

The owner kindly helped me check in early, and when road construction in front of the house caused me to lose my way, he personally came out to meet me. He responded quickly to all my questions and requests, which made my stay very comfortable. I’m truly grateful for everything.

Great location, close to downtown Quebec City. Easy access to everything. Multiple food and store options nearby. Everything was in working order and clean. Has all the amenities that was needed for a basic stay.

The property was unsafe. There should have been a reiling in front of the entrance of the property. Without a reiling the danger of falling and breaking some bones is extremely high. Inside the property there were protruding floor elements connecting the various rooms like steps of a stair case. During my last night there were small geysers of water coming out of the toilet, the sink and the floor in the shower area most likely caused by heavy rain fall the previous day. In addition I could detect a bad odour coming from the sewer system. I would give this property the mark F. However the owner was extremely professional. I would give his behaviour the mark A+.

Très bon séjour familial

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits chez Omar. Appartement propre et spacieux. Tout le nécessaire utile en cuisine et dans la maison. Machine à laver et sèche linge au top. Piscine municipale gratuite et parc de jeux à 2 pas de la maison. Je recommande!
