First off: I love the ammenties at Regency Towers. Their heated pool (almost 90 degrees) is fantastic on spring break for a cooler or windy day when the ocean isn't an option. The workout equipment is convenient. The general location, being further away from many of the other big high rises is nice because there is more room on the beach. The room itself was dated but that was reflected in the price I paid. However, the bunk bed was in saf shape. The guard rail for the top bunk was broken and there was a nasty stain (blood?) on the bottom bunk. Very limited kitchen utensil options. Communication was great with the property manager. I texted twice and he promptly responded. I was sad to see that the tiki bar was closed due to construction. There was a lot of construction goingnon throughout the building which was noisy but understandable. Just a heads up wouldve been apprecoated.Overall, nice place that could use a little more attention to some details.responded
