The unit was very clean and in excellent condition. Would rate a 5 overall except for the pre-check screen and check in via Truvi application. Strongly recommend the replacement of this service because it negatively impacted the experience significantly due to technical design failure of the application leading to a great deal of frustration. Service team was very helpful in trying to remediate issue but resulted in unnecessary wasted time by all.

Thank you for your detailed review Todd. We’re very happy to hear that you found the unit clean and in excellent condition. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused during the pre-check and check-in process. Unfortunately, there was a technical glitch with the Truvi platform that may have caused the confusion, including multiple links being generated. As sometimes happens, technology can fail, and despite our team’s efforts to resolve the issue with you, we ultimately decided not to continue with the process to avoid further inconvenience. While the verification process is intended to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and property owners, we truly understand how important it is for it to be smooth and efficient. We appreciate your patience and your kind words about our team’s support. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for a much smoother experience in the future.
