Fantastic Holiday Apartment

We had such a wonderful time at the apartment at Benerville-Sur-Mer! It is located so conveniently for the beach, which was relatively quiet for August and is a beautifully sandy beach. Watching the sunset from the balcony was beautiful! It is also near to Deauville - about a 30 minute walk along the beach boulevard. The apartment has everything you could wish for and both Nathalie and Marina were so kind and helpful. We were a family with two teenagers and had the most lovely time - I would highly recommend booking this apartment!

Best beach... Best seavview

For me benerville sur Mer has the most beautiful beach of all of Normandy..... Very wide and not crouded wirh buildings...... This apartment has the perfect view located durectly at the beach promenade, and it is beautifully renovated in a very modern but cosy style.

Super Urlaub

Die Lage ist super, das Haus steht direkt am Strand. Ein Restaurant sowie eine kleine Strandbar mit Liegen- und Strandschirmverleih stehen praktisch nebenan. Das Appartment befindet sich im 3ten Obergeschoss und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit herrlichem Strand- und Meerblick. Das Rauschen des Meeres geniesst man 24h/Tag gratis. Das Haus ist ein Altbau, die Wohnung jedoch ist gut modernisiert und renoviert worden. Die Räume sind hell, sauber, modern, der Fußboden fest und leise (kein knirschen/knarzen), die Räumlichkeit groß genug für eine 4-5 köpfige Familie mit 2-3 Kinder/Teenager. Es ist alles vorhanden was eine Familie braucht. Carrefour ist mit Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch wenn der Strand bei heissen Tagen gut besucht ist ist die Umgebung ruhig. Die dortige Strandpromenade ist ein breiter Füßgänger- und Radweg ohne Restaurants - und/oder Ladenmeile. Zum shoppen fährt man ca. 10min Auto nach Deauville. Zum Appartment gehört ein Garagenplatz in Standardgröße, wo ein großer Kombi gerade so noch reinpasst. Die Vermieterin Nathalie ist sehr nett, sehr gut kontaktierbar, Fragen beantwortet sie schnell, Probleme werden gemeinsam sehr gut gelöst. Die Raumpflegerin Marina ist auch sehr hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob an beide!

Moderne Wohnung mit fantastischer Meersicht

Diese schöne Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist direkt am Strand gelegen und die Sicht aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar. Morgens und abends sieht man Pferde am Strand entlang reiten - so cool! Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und die gesamte Einrichtung ist neu, modern und praktisch. Die Küche ist klein, verfügt aber über alles was man braucht inkl. hochwertigen Pfannen und Küchengeräten etc. Die Wohnung ist zweistöckig. Oben befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Die Lage ist toll - gleich neben Deauville gelegen aber trotzdem ruhig. Auf der linken Seite ist das Restaurant „Les Ammonites“ und rechts das „Ocean View“ beide Lokale sind sehr gut. Kurz, die Wohnung ist eine Perle an sehr guter Lage!

La mer à perte de vue, la plage à vos pieds !

L'appartement de Nathalie est parfaitement situé à Bénerville, face à la plage qui prolonge celle de Deauville, à l'endroit où le Mont Canisy rejoint la mer — au cœur d'un paysage qui résume le charme de ce coin de France, entre collines verdoyantes parsemées de jolies maisons à colombages, et plages immenses dont les couleurs ne cessent de changer avec la lumière du ciel. Il est parfaitement équipé (mobilier, électroménager, lave-linge-sèche-linge tout neufs) et très confortable. On y dort bercés par la rumeur de la mer, tout en étant à proximité immédiate de Deauville et de son animation estivale. Nathalie s'est montrée extrêmement aimable et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps, et espérons revenir !
