Holiday house in a small club complex with its own garden -
House with everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Enclosed 350 sqm garden plot, two terraces with sun protection and grill. Functional furnishings in the original Ibizan style, a modern kitchen with ceramic hob. Two bedrooms with air conditioning and studio with a bed (all 5 beds 90x2m). Washing machine, cot, high chair and buggy available.

Grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance and minutes to the booth.
The house is in a complex that was built in the typical Ibiza style. An oasis of calm in the middle of a huge garden in which the small houses are scattered. The special feature is the family flair, as there are only 320 beds in the hotel area and most of the houses are privately owned. Children are welcome here, everything is very clear.

The urbanization Cala Llenya is located near the town of Santa Eularia and the town of Sant Carles above the bay of Cala Llenya. The bay can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes, or by car, large parking lot behind the bay.
Cala Llenya, the perfect family bay:
A sea that shimmers in all shades of blue, a wide beach where children can play wonderfully in the soft sand - the Cala Llenya is ideally suited for a bathing day with the whole family. The bay is protected, the path into the sea is shallow. There are showers, loungers and parasols, a beach volleyball court and pedal boats are rented. The small beach kiosk provides guests with snacks and drinks.

Relaxing location

Very cozy house, simple and a little bit old furniture but very comfortable, complete cook,. Rooms with two single beds each, with comfortable mattress. Air conditioning works perfectly and very remarkable shutters in all windows, they works best I',ve ever seen. Gabrielle is very attentive. we liked very much everything about the house.

Great house for a family holiday

Really Nice place and gabrielle is a very Nice person to communicate with. The resort is very nice, with a great pool and a nice atmosphere. Cala llenya is a beautifull little bay. The house is quite big and The garden is Nice, very well suited for a family holiday. The only downsite was the cleanliness of the house, there were a lot of spiders in the lamps and we had to vacuüm clean the house when we arrivered as there was quite a lot of dust everywhere. But apart from that our stay was higjly enjoyable and the host was realy friendlly.

Most incredible stay

I cannot overstate how perfect Gabriele’s home is. It is cute and comfortable, and steps away from all the facilities of a kid-friendly resort (where they have mini disco every night, which became a family tradition). Gabriele was a wonderful host - responsive, helpful, and everything worked as described. The neighborhood is so cool (San Carles and the Las Dalis markets are a short drive). Cala Llenya beach is walking distance (great for kids), and there are so many coves with beaches just a short drive to the North and South. We are counting down the days until we can stay here again.

Overall, the property is fine. Having an enclosed garden was nice, and being able to go on the roof to sit also. It sleeps 6, which was great, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is no cooker, only a microwave. The apartment wasn’t very clean. Not dirty, just stuff under our feet, cobwebs under the furniture, I would also say it wasn’t very comfortable. It has three chairs, but nowhere to relax like a sofa after being out all day

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und zu den Stränden ist es auch nicht weit. Mit Kindern ist das Haus ideal.

5 jours de déconnexion entre mère fille et petite fille. Notre séjour était très agréable la maison est suffisamment bien équipé . La douche extérieure est absolument parfaite. Entspricht der Beschreibung

Das Appartement/der Bungalow ist kleiner als erwartet und eher für max. vier als fünf Personen (+ Kind) geeignet. Der Garten ist allerdings ein Riesen Pluspunkt, da die Terrasse für uns quasi als Wohnzimmer diente und auch die Außendusche ein Highlight war. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man etwas Ruhe will und ein Auto hat. Trotzdem kann man Strand und Restaurants auch zu Fuß erreichen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Anlage

Das Haus eignet sich super für einen Urlaub zu fünft. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles was man für einen Sommerurlaub braucht ist dort verfügbar. Der schöne Garten und die Außendusche sind ein absolutes Highlight! Als kleine Empfehlung, sollten die Abwasserrohre einmal freigemacht werden, da in der Dusche und im Waschbecken das Wasser steht.

perfect rest

we absolutely loved the villa, its proximity to the beach and the amenities that were provided . I would definitely come back. We loved going to the surrounding areas and really enjoyed the driving to and from the villa. Such a pretty part of the island. Thank so much. I only wish there were not so many flies!!! Maybe our British skin was too delicious!!!
