The home was perfect for my family. We had 9 in total for a ski trip. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t t cooperate and the wind shut down Sunday River for 2 days. We ended up snowmobiling and going to North Conway. Home could use an extra outside trash barrel.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry you encountered these issues during your stay. The odor was reported to us in the evening, and we were glad to have a plumber out the very next morning to replace the wax ring on the toilet seal, which resolved the problem. This is not something we’ve experienced before, but we took it seriously and addressed it right away.
We’ll also be reviewing the AC units to ensure they are properly installed and comfortable for future guests. While we regret that your experience was affected, we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can continue to improve.
