Primarily reside in Ipswich MA but also own and frequently use the property next door to the rental at 89 S Shore Rd. Enjoy skiing in the winter and lake life in the summer with my family.
Why they chose this property
Less than three hours from our home north of Boston, located on a lake for great summer life, outstanding views of the mountains in the fall, and only 15 minutes from a major ski resort.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a four season location for active groups or those looking for relaxation. We are located on picturesque Howard Pond, one of the deepest and cleanest lakes in Maine. We are also a quick 15 minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort with 135+ trails and one of the most powerful snowmaking systems in the East.
