BOUCANET - Secure luxury residence, directly on the beach with swimming pool and petanque. P2 of 39m² on the 3rd floor with a nice sea view, composed of a living room with convertible 2 places, tv and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a bedroom with a double bed in 140cm and a balcony of 3m² sea view, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet, a terrace of 10m² with sea view facing south west. Common and secure parking. 1.5km from the city centre. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Linen kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
