We had to move rooms because the property was double booked. Pictures showed common areas not the actual apartment. Asked if we received leaving instructions and we never received attachment. They had trouble with attaching and never got back to me on what needed to be done. Tried to talk to the person but they wouldn’t talk to us. Only communicated by text.

As informações de checkout não trazem nenhum dano a reserva, visto que as informações são passadas previamente. Houve sim um dupla reserva para a unidade, mas o que foi rapidamente resolvido, acomodando todos os hóspedes em apartamento da mesma qualidade.
