Nice basement apartment. Comfortable bed. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped. After the children got up there was more noise than we would've preferred. Very prompt and friendly communication with host.

Overall the unit is spacious and cozy as described, my only issue is that the booking was crossed over with another guest so my original booking was cut short. The host alerted me, kudos for promptness and integrity, I was offered another room to make up for the technical error though not the same-as the original; however it was ok for sleeping not a long stay. The host was pleasant.

Never got to the stay part. We asked for an early check in to change for a wedding at 3:30 pm as the night prior was NOT booked on the system. Nope cant do that he claimed on his end, yet vrbo said it was up to him to issue refund if he wanted to help us. This host is full of lies. I asked him again for a refund so i could book a hotel , again that ,answer was no. I was then told to book the night before so i could secure early check in.. ya ok !!! Then i was told that I ruined his weekend booking as i only booked Fri to Saturday . Owner made me feel very uncomfortable at this point so we did book a hotel. Still no refund.. be careful of this rental property owner he is not customer friendly.
