A fantastic unit to call home while you visit our city or the mountain parks, work, study or as your first place in Calgary!
Skiing, hiking, sight seeing, climbing, water sports... all and more, less than one hour drive away to the Rocky Mountains!
Enjoy being close to the Rockies without paying a high price for accommodation in the mountain towns.
Highlights of our property: A private patio! for you to chill or enjoy an outdoor meal; and private parking space for 1 car.
This spacious one bedroom legal suite is located in amazing Rockland Park. A community above the banks of the Bow River with a prime location and quick access to Downtown and the Trans-Canada Highway for easy escapes to enjoy our natural backyard... The Canadian Rocky Mountains.
The fully furnished unit offers everything you need to spend a comfortable stay. Like upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances, fully equipped kitchen with more than enough space to prepare your meals, dishes, silverware, mugs, glasses, etc; a big dining table that could double up as a working space and stylish decor.
You will have good night sleeps on the comfortable queen size bed. All linens provided.
You will find a large walking closet in the bedroom and in-suite washer and dryer.
Although this is a basement suite, you will have the privacy of your own entrance and furnace to set your comfortable temperature; a private patio and parking spot for 1 vehicle.
When booking our suite, you must answer the following questions for us to consider your request...
1) Why do you need accommodation (holidays, work or studies in Calgary, new to our city, etc.)
2) What made you inquiry about our suite?
3) Where are you coming from?
4) Who is coming with you (if applicable)?
The minimum age to book our suite is 24.
The suite may only be booked for a minimum of 5 nights and a maximum of 30, however, if after being our guest you would like to extend your stay, we will be happy to chat with you to do so (we reserve the right to cancel any initial reservation that does not meet the maximum of 30 booked nights).
Extra cleaning fee of $ 30 will apply to bookings of 14+ nights, extra $60 for bookings of 28+ nights; $100 extra for stays of 59+ nights; $140 extra for stays of 89+ nights
Please make note of...
- No guests other than those listed in the reservation will be permitted for overnight stays in the suite. Violation to this rule may result in immediate eviction.
- We will not check in a different person from the one who reserved the unit. Government issued ID will be asked for.
- Your vehicle will not be allowed to park on the unit's parking pad if it is leaking any fluids. No mechanical work is allowed on the parking pad. You will be charged for any stains left on the parking pad.
- Check in time cut-off time is 11:00 pm regardless of the cause of the delayed arrival.
- No outdoor shoes are allowed in the unit.
- Guests are in charge of removing the snow from the walking path for the section of the parking pad leading to the unit.
