First, I will start with the positives: the house size was great, with plenty of room, and I like the fact that they were dog-friendly and had a lot of grass to accommodate the dogs. The house location was an easy walk to the beach and overall the house was in cleanish condition. The issues I had were that the exterior condition needed some serious attention, and during our entire stay there, two bags of dirty laundry were never picked up. Under the front porch was storage for old tree limbs, taking up the entire storage area. Outside, on all the decks, you have to share with the spiders, as there are spiderwebs everywhere you walk. At the pool area, there were both Cockroaches and ants aplenty. Additionally, there were ants in the kitchen area. One set of linens in one of the bedrooms had a black mystery stain on the sheets, and the air duct vents are in serious need of cleaning. Despite all of this, the vacation was good. KEES management company should really address these very solvable issues so the next vacationers can really enjoy themselves.
