Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
PLEASE REMOVE ALL USED BED SHEETS, (COMFORTERS IF SOILED) AND TOWELS AND PLACE THEM ON THE FLOOR IN THE LAUDRY ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL TRASH FROM THE HOUSE AND POOL AREA AND PLACE IN BINS OUTSIDE BY THE FRONT DOOR. THEN ROLL THE BINS WITH TRASH IN THEM TO THE MAIN STREET WITH THE OTHER TRASH BINS.

Duck 2025

This is a great home for a vacation with more than enough room for the seven of us. The pool, pool table and the beach close by made days enjoyable. The elevator made life easier for the two who needed it. Duck is a nice town to visit with a lot going on.

Great place!

Great place to stay. The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 7 adults and 7 kids ages 4 months to 15 years old. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and it was easy walking distance to the beach and sound. Thank you for sharing your home.

Amazing vacation spot

Our stay here was wonderful! Plenty of room for all of our family of varying ages. Walking distance to the ocean and the sound. Not far from town, but on a quiet cup-de-sac. Tons of amenities, beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family enjoyed this home and our vacation in OBX. The home is well cared for, very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and well stocked with beach equipment as well as kitchen supplies . Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The house had a great layout was great for my family. There was enough room and plenty of things to do. The pool, hot tub, game room, pool table and beach were great! My family really had a wonderful time. The Warren's were great and easy to work with. I will book this house again.

Perfect place for our family to reunite.. The elevator was a big plus for us. Short Walk to Beach in morning.. Pool in the afternoon ... Grilling up our dinners... but definitely enjoyed the local restaurants... Do not miss Duck Donuts! Wild Horse Tour worth the $$. Walk to sound for sunsets....

A wonderful property! We loved the close proximity to the beach. The pool was a perfect size for our family. The accommodations were very well suited for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A huge kitchen and very large dining room table where we could all sit together for meals. Everyone wants to come back again! Great memories were made!

Great House and Location

Nicely appointed, spacious, clean, with plenty of room to spread out. Great location, walk to both ocean or sound. 2 miles to commercial area of Duck. We were here at the end of April, and loved that lack of crowds. Weather was perfect. Point Trinitie is definitely on our list of repeat destinations. We highly recommend this rental. Wonderful location and property

Our family really enjoyed the location of this property north of Duck. The home was just a couple of blocks from the beach, we played tennis at the courts in the community, and it was a mile or so from Duck stores and restaurants. The home was a wonderful retreat - beautifully decorated and stocked with all we needed and more, especially the kitchen with an island and everything you could imagine for cooking and enjoying meals at the large dining table. The bedrooms were all cozy, our children loved playing pool in the lower level, and we loved having a private pool and hot tub. Very comfortable!

FIRST TIME IN OBX! LOVED IT !

It was our first time in OBX. We absolutely loved it there! Our house was a perfect location and a good size for our party of 11. The house looks so much better in person. It’s close to the beach, pool and hot tub were a huge plus. Grills and refrigerators on two levels also made it easier to cook our meals. Everyone had their own bathroom which was also a big plus. Very well kept home. We met the owner who was very nice. Definitely recommend this house! The weather was crappy first few days ,but other than that we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Warren !!!

Family Friendly with Everything You'll Need

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We had three families in total - 5 adults and 6 children. The home was perfectly located close to shops and the beach in a quiet private beach community. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen from plates to cook and serve ware as well as grill access on the top and bottom floors. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and the adults loved the space. We never felt cramped or on top of each other at any point. Immaculately clean and well kept - rocking chairs on every deck for sunsets, and the basketball goal out front made for some great late night family competition. LOVED this home and the family pics inside.....we enjoyed your family space and hope to stay with you guys again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Family Beach Vacation

So impressed with the house! Easy to checkin. Beautiful interior, clean and inviting. Great space for our family to gather and enjoy all the amnities. Many extra perks : well stocked kitchen to make & serve meals for a crowd. Beautiful decks off all levels which we enjoyed! Kid friendly & safe. We loved the pool and enjoyed all the extra floaties provided. Just a short walk to beach uncrowded, clean & beautiful! Brian our host was so responsive to any questions we had . Made our stay even better. The amenities were awesome. Definitely a great place for large family stay!

Wonderful hous

We had such a great time with family at this house. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I love baking, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was so much for my teenagers to do; they loved the pool table. The host was wonderful and very communicative. It is a very short walk to the beach and the bay. Overall, we had a great time and will consider this house next time we visit NC.

Great house to be in with Family!

Great house to stay in. Kitchen fully equipped! Even had muffin tins (I never expected them so I took my own). Also had a 1 egg frying pan which my Grandson really liked. Also well equipped for little people - crib, two highchairs, and a gate across the stairs on the upper level. The pool was a lot of fun Great grandsons and adults had a good time playing in it. Easy to get to the beach and across the main road to the sound. Turn right at main road and you had a Harris Teeter so we didn't have to go into Duck and all the traffic. Couple of small things that I called the owner about and he was going to check on them - little dirty around the wall around the pool and two of the lounges were broken.

Bachelorette Relaxing Trip

We rented this property for a relaxing trip with my daughter's bridesmaids. The property was absolutely perfect! It was exactly what we needed. The property and location are beautiful. It is exactly as described. Duck is a quaint town away from the hustle and bustle of most of the Outer Banks (at least when we went). It is a wonderful place to spend a week or weekend. If you want to go to the Outer Banks, go to Duck and rent this property!

Hi, we are Brian and Robin from a small town in Ohio near Dayton. We enjoy spending time with our large family as much as possible, When not enjoying the outdoors at our farm, we love going to the outer banks, especially Duck

Why they chose this property

We choose Duck for our home purchase because of the uniqueness of the community. We love the outer banks and of all of the towns along the coast, However, Duck is by far the best for many reasons.
*There is no public access to the beaches so it is less congested.
*Duck is the most walkable community in the outer banks
*Plenty of local restaurants and stores near by
*Close to nearby towns with big box stores for major shopping needs
*Sandwiched in-between the ocean and the sound. Just a 3 minute walk in either direction.

What makes this property unique

Where do we begin. Our property accommodates large families and groups. With a great blend of private and large gathering areas throughout the house. The very large open layout in the kitchen, dining and living room area make a great space for entertaining thought the day and evening. Three decks (1 in the front and 2 in the rear) for enjoying the sun and overlooking the pool, or the one in the front for a little peace and quiet time. This house has its own large private pool and hot tub, but also has 2 community pools within walking distance as well. If you love tennis, there are tennis courts just a 1 minute walk away. When vacationing with us you can enjoy either the ocean or the sound which is just a 3 minute walk in either direction
When you want to go out for local attractions, the heart of Duck village is just a 2 minute drive away. The boardwalk supports many attractions including local owned unique shops,
When it comes to dining this community has some of the best sandwich, pizza, and fine dining restaurant in the area.
