If smoking is confirmed, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately, and you will be evicted without a refund.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The apartment provided ample amenities: slippers, an electric kettle, free wi‑fi (portable pocket and in-apartment), microwave, refrigerator, A/C, heater, towels, toiletries, bottled water for first day, assorted coffee and tea bags, plus garbage bags. The bed was superb, and we loved the US-style layout—the shower/tub is separate from the toilet, and the sink outside the bathroom even has a 3‑prong outlet for American plugs (no adapter needed). There’s a coin laundry on the first floor, though we never used it. Check‑in was smooth with clear directions on getting to the apartment from the airport, self check-in key access, and a detailed online manual. Communication via VRBO or other messaging apps was prompt. The location is excellent—a short walk to Komagome station (with access to the JR Yamanote line) even allowed us to catch the apartment’s wi‑fi while at the station. The neighborhood offers a quieter, relaxed vibe with local convenience stores like 7-Eleven, NewDays, and Lawson, while quick rides to Ikebukuro or Shinjuku deliver the big city vibe when desired. When a hot water issue arose one morning, the host’s response was extraordinary. They arranged for a free nearby onsen visit with proper showers, partially refunded that night’s stay, and even left us a lovely box of Japanese cookies that my wife adored. Their exceptional hospitality made our Tokyo visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tokyo
